We own our own home in Normandy, and understand

property management and care for your home

requires a few fundamental, key ingredients

for a win/win situation.

Our management services can be bundled or asked for individually, on the spot, on demand.

Here is a list of what we provide, brief descriptions, and the charges for our services.

CARETAKING:

We inspect and secure the premises for you on a weekly basis, and hold a key to the property on your behalf.

40 euros every 4 weeks.

QUALITY CHECK:

After your home has been cleaned from departing guests, we ensure the job is done to meet your standards, that it is ready for guests, and that the premises are locked and secured.

10 euros per call.

INDIVIDUAL REQUIREMENTS:

When you have guests arriving and wish to provide a welcome basket, flowers, etcetera, let us know and we will gather that for you.

10 euros per call plus product.

THE DAY BEFORE:

We stop by to make sure everything is in order: the lights are on, the house is warm...can also include welcoming your guests if requested, and can include meeting Individual Requirement calls.

TROUBLESHOOTING:

There is nothing more frustrating than not having someone on the premises when you need it. Emergencies require supervision. We will inquire into your concern, oversee a project to completion in your absence, apply a QC check, and re-secure the premises for future use.

20 euros per hour

BUYING PROPERTY IN FRANCE:

Although we are not immobiliers, we are well connected and hear of properties all the time. We can match you to your requirements, refer you to well-regarded agents, find you a notaire, and cover the bases with you to buy your home in France.

Within this is the possibility of moving to France. We translate and interface with you locally, so you can turn three days of your own hard work into three hours of our expertise.

25 euros per hour

GARDEN SERVICES:

Although we do not do the serious lawn and shrub cutting, we do have people who do. Our expertise is in the hand-care of a garden, and that is delineated here, through Your Garden Angels.
